Engine AI (Oman) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Xenon7 (USA), a global AI and data transformation company (www.xenon7.com). The agreement marks an important milestone in strengthening collaboration in artificial intelligence, technology localization, and intelligent solution integration across Oman and the wider GCC region.

The MoU was signed on 15 December 2025 in Amman, Jordan, by Mr. Sachin Bhagwat, CEO of Xenon7, and Mr. Mohammed Al-Mahri, CEO of Engine AI. The agreement establishes a strategic framework for cooperation aimed at accelerating the adoption of advanced AI solutions tailored to regional needs.

Under this partnership, Engine AI will lead local representation, market engagement, and solution localization, while Xenon7 will contribute its deep technical expertise in enterprise AI, data platforms, and outcome-driven AI deployment models. Together, both parties will work to ensure that AI solutions are aligned with local regulatory frameworks, operational environments, and national digital transformation priorities.
